How is the price calculated and do you charge for travel?

Prices start from €40 and depend on the specific service and the type and condition of the vehicle. For our mobile service we add travel at €1 per kilometre. We are happy to confirm the exact price in advance when you book.

Do you come to my home or workplace?

Yes, our service is fully mobile. We come directly to you — at home, at work or to any address in Bratislava and the wider area. By arrangement we can also travel further, with travel outside Bratislava charged according to distance. Just book an appointment in advance.

How do I book an appointment and how can I pay?

You can book easily in advance — by phone or via the contact form on our website. You can pay in cash or by card after the service is completed. For business clients we also offer payment by invoice.

Do you need access to water or electricity at my place?

No, we are fully self-sufficient. We bring our own equipment and water, so we need nothing from you — just access to the vehicle. If a particular treatment were to require a connection, we will arrange it in advance.

You clean with steam — will the interior be wet afterwards?

No. With steam cleaning we use hot steam instead of large amounts of water, so the interior stays dry, free of wet patches, and ready to use almost immediately.

Is steam cleaning safe for all materials and electronics?

Yes. We always adapt the procedure to the type of surface — leather, textiles, and plastics — and treat sensitive areas and electronics with the utmost care to protect the materials.

Will hand washing damage the paint?

No. We use a safe hand-washing method with quality tools that minimises the risk of scratches and swirl marks. We carefully prepare the paint before washing to prevent any damage.

How long do the paint protection and hydrophobic effect last?

The lifespan of the protection depends on the chosen treatment and how the vehicle is used — typically from a few months to more than a year. We will give you exact information and maintenance recommendations based on the specific solution.

Yes. We offer regular service for company fleets and management vehicles — with flexible scheduling at your premises, a tailored scope of care, and invoicing according to your company's needs.

How long does premium leather care take?

A standard leather interior treatment takes roughly 2 to 4 hours depending on the condition of the leather and the size of the vehicle. For more complex restorations we set aside more time so the result meets the highest standard.

What products do you use to clean leather?

We work exclusively with premium products from specialised European brands that are gentle on the leather, preserve its texture and provide long-term protection against wear and UV radiation.

How often should I have my leather interior treated?

To keep it in optimal condition we recommend a complete leather treatment every 6 to 12 months. For heavily used vehicles or lighter-coloured leather it is advisable to shorten this interval.

With regular cleaning and conditioning we can soften the visibility of minor damage. For deep cracks or leather damage we offer professional restoration after a prior consultation.
